- description | direct sonification with interactive graphic notation
- realization | 8-channel electroacoustic sound synthesis and video projection
- summary | Live audiovisual composition. Transforming harmonic graphics – dynamic scores, created based on mathematical rules – into sound, with the help of the electronic sound synthesis developed for them, interactively controlling sight and sound. It displays 5 different moods and characters, simultaneously creating sound and visuals that are inextricably linked. In this rare, visually controlled surround synthesis, the graphics also serve as a map for the immersive sound: as if we were sitting in the center of the images, viewing the auditorium from above. The electroacoustic music surrounds the audience: with the help of the graphics, sounds come in front of us and behind us, move closer and further away, left and right, round and round in space. The details of the work, originally written for 8 speakers, are played in the presentation recording in the link below with binaural sound field simulation, which can be heard with headphones or earphones.
- premiere | 30 Jan 2019, Liszt Academy, Budapest, HU
